The hotel deserves 10 points literally. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. House keeping service is also very successful. The breakfast is one of the best ones within the hotels I stayed abroad. The hotel is in the city center, 10 minutes walking distance from Bascarsija (Başçarşı). The hotel has an indoor parking area as well. There is too much word to say for the employees. They are very kind, respectful and always trying to help. Firstly and particularly, I would like to thank Mr. Ismar, who we had seen constantly during the 2.5 days we stayed, who always helped us with his polite, respectful and cheerful communication as well as meeting our demands. In addition, I would like to thank Ms. Ayla, who welcomed us at the entrance to the hotel and behaved helpful in a friendly way. Finally we are grateful to the all other hotel staff in common with the woman employee in the kitchen who prepared special brewed tea (classic Turkish tea) for us at our breakfast and speaks Turkish very well. This is the great hotel where you will want to take a rest after a tiring day relievedly and start the day well with its breakfast.

One of the absolute best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff is amiable and helpful (and this is an understatement)! They helped us short-list what to visit on our first visit to Sarajevo, all the tips were beautiful and exceeded all expectations. The hotel has a closed parking space with 24/7 availability. The breakfast options are excellent, there is something for everyone (we had a vegan with us and they absolutely enjoyed all the selections available. The rooms are beyond spotless. Our room faced the street and we did not hear a thing - the windows make it completely silent so we were able to enjoy the view of the Miljacka river and the old Orthodox church. Baš-čaršija is within walking distance (5 minutes), the Yellow fortress within 20 min (and it is a scenic walk so highly recommend it), and a ton of food options (local cuisine, food courts, pastry shops...). Overall can not recommend it enough and definitely plan to stay here for all future visits to Sarajevo.

I have all the words of praise for Hotel Festival starting from the kind staff. The girls at the front desk were extremely pleasant, positive and cheerful as well as the lady who maintains the rooms. The room is unexpectedly spacious with excellent sound insulation that blocks absolutely all sounds both from the outside and from inside the hotel. The room is also very clean, tidy and smells great. Breakfast is varied and delicious with a rich selection of coffees and desserts. Special praise to the staff who prepared us a surprise breakfast in the room. In its content, the hotel also offers indoor, free parking, which is a real rarity to find in Sarajevo. This is a hotel where I didn't find a single complaint about and I will definitely return to at the first opportunity.

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Room was spacious, clean, as well as bathroom. Good location: very close to center by walk and it's a bit "hidden" from main loud streets and crowds. Terrace on the top of the building. Each floor has only 4 rooms, meaning, there wouldn't be a lot of crowds in corridors. Breakfast, oh, breakfast here was one of the best in our experience through last monthes of travelling. A lot of different options, all we tried is very delicious and really healthy, not like food from supermarket, but really like from garden 💚 Next our visit to Sarajevo we will try ta stay with you, guys 😉

I have stayed at Hote Festival already three times in the past six months. This time, as before, everything was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The owners and the staff are welcoming in various ways, whether they make their guests homemade Bosnian coffee or attend to individual needs. This is a really very special place in Sarajevo. As I wrote before, everything is nearby, with a short 5 to 10-minute walking distance, the city center, the university, the historic old town of Baščaršija, and more. Always happy with my stay here and look forward to staying again when I visit Sarajevo.
